Whitinsville- Paul J. Slavkovsky, 75, of Main St. died Fri. Nov. 30, 2018 at Brookside Rehab Center in Webster after an illness.
     He is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including Carol Marshall. Born in Czechoslovakia on Jan. 10, 1943 he was son of the late Gustav and Anna F. (Baca) Slavkovsky and lived in Whitinsville most of his life. He had lived 14 years in San Bruno California.
     Mr. Slavkovsky worked 20 years as a Defense Contract Auditor for the Dept. of Defense. Previously he was a District Representative at Case Corp. He earned his BS in Economics at Worcester State University and served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam era. He was a member of the American Legion Post 414 and the Marine Corps League Post 911 both in Sutton.
     His Funeral Mass will be held Sat. Dec. 8, at 10:30 am in St. Patrick’s Church, 1 Cross St. Whitinsville. Burial will follow in St. Denis Cemetery in Douglas. There are no calling hours. To leave a condolence message for the family please visit

Paul. I remember when you came to the states from Europe. We had fun as children. We grew up and went our different ways. I'm so sorry we lost tough. May you rest in peace my friend.
