Dianna R. (Jacobson) Reynolds

Webster- Dianna R. (Jacobson) Reynolds, 69, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at UMass University campus in Worcester after a period of declining health. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Audie G. Reynolds.

        She is also survived by two step-brothers Jody Merlini and his wife Renee of Marlborough and Chuck Merlini and his wife, Beverly of Barnet, VT; her aunt Bunni and uncle Hugh Putnam of Burlington, VT, with whom she shared a special sister like bond. Her uncle Louis Thibault and aunt Sharon of Longmont, CO. Her Uncle Gene Thibault of Hartford Ct. And several other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

        Born in Springfield, VT on April 2, 1955 Dianna was the daughter of Charles E. and Marjorie A. (Thibault)Merlini and grew up in Vermont until moving to Marlborough at age 9. Dianna was a graduate of Marlboro high school class of 1973. She worked as an electronics assembler for Date General 13 years until her retirement in 1990.

        She enjoyed cooking, watching horse racing and drag racing, even racing her own 1967 Pontiac GTO back in the day. She loved to be outdoors, and in her younger years liked playing soccer and hiking. She also loved music and playing the guitar. A selfless woman, she always enjoyed getting gifts for people, and was very charitable. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.

        As to her wishes, Dianna will be cremated, and a private burial will be held later in Vermont. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dianna’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
