Northbridge-Patricia Ann (Boulanger) Cencak ,78, passed away Sat. Dec. 5 at Milford Hospital after an illness. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years Paul E. Cencak; 5 children, Paula Jean Cencak of PA, Lisa Honig of Wellesley, John Cencak of CA, Ann LaFleur and her husband Joseph Forgione of North Grafton, Joan Nydam and her husband Henry of Uxbridge; 7 grandchildren, Melissa Hadley and her husband Matthew, Paul E. LaFleur, Dann Martin, Meredith Nydam, Henry Nydam, George Nydam, and Grace Honig; one Great Grandson, Nicholas Hadley.
Born in Linwood on August 3, 1937, she was the only child of Joseph Elzear and Mary “Alice” (Duquette) Boulanger and lived in the Whitinsville area her whole life. Mrs. Cencak was a graduate of Saint Mary’s High School in Milford. Prior to working for the Northbridge school system, Pat worked as a hairdresser for many years. She was a loving wife, Mother, and Memere. Patricia enjoyed taking trips with Foxy Travel as well as playing Bingo. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Church and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Her funeral will be held Thurs. Dec. 10, from Jackman Funeral Home, 12 Spring St., Whitinsville, with a Mass at 11am at St. Patrick’s Church, 1 Cross St., Whitinsville. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Camillus Activities Fund, 447 Hill St., Whitinsville, MA.
