Whitinsville-Kathryn R. Fay, 69, formerly of Forest St. passed away on Sun. Nov. 8 after a brief illness.  She is survived by her 3 brothers, Robert H. Fay and his wife Judith of Wales, MA, Dennis E. Fay and his wife Sheila of Westborough, and Charles E. Fay and his wife Ellhua of Attleboro; and nieces and nephews.  Her partner Patricia Swift passed away in 2010.  Her funeral will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
