Patricia (Gouin) Daley

Broomfield, CO - Patricia (Gouin) Daley, age 66, of Broomfield, CO passed away on Thursday March 5, 2026 at home in Colorado after an illness. She grew up in Uxbridge, MA. 

She was preceded in death by her husband and high school sweetheart Timothy Daley on November 17, 2016. She was sister of the late James Gouin. 

She is survived by many family members, including her two daughters Erika Daley and her husband Joseph Pruchnik of Zionsville, IN and Allison (Daley) Cooper and her husband Cody Cooper of Broomfield, CO; her granddaughter Lucy Pruchnik; and her brother Kenneth Gouin of Douglas. 

Born on April 29, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. “Sonny” and Lena M. (Furno) Gouin. She was raised in North Uxbridge, moved to Texas with Tim after college, and lived in Broomfield, CO for over 30 years. 

She graduated from Uxbridge High School in 1977 and Assumption College in Worcester, MA with her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Social Work in 1982 She worked as a child welfare caseworker in Graham, TX and preschool teacher in Colorado for several years, but her greatest priority was being the very best mom to Erika and Allison.  

After Tim’s death, Pat started volunteering weekly at Broomfield’s food bank, Broomfield FISH, and at the Ronald McDonald House Denver. She also loved to travel and spend time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Lucy. 

Pat was known for her incredible heart and love for her family and friends. She gave the best advice and the best hugs. Known as Pat, Patty, Bestie, Mom, and Momma Mom, but her favorite name was Nana. 

Her Memorial Calling Hours will be held Saturday April 11 from 9 am to noon in Tancrell Jackman Funeral Home, 35 Snowling Rd. Uxbridge. A private burial along with her husband Tim will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery at the family’s convenience.
