P. Timothy Davis

Uxbridge/Whitinsville- P. Timothy Davis, 52, of A St. Whitinsville died at Milford Regional Medical Center on Sept. 6 unexpectedly.  He is survived by his girlfriend of 7 years Alice Tekut; 2 daughters Amber Davis-Polisher and her husband Evan of Worcester and Amanda B. Cooley of Hopedale; a sister-in-law Lydia Davis; a niece Megan Davis; 2 cousins, and many friends.  He was brother of the late J. Michael Davis, John “JJ” Davis and Sharon Davis. He was predeceased by former companions Kathy A. (Cain) Danforth and Maureen M. Cooley. Born in Milford on Jan. 17, 1960 he was the son of James J. and Ruth E. (Jones) Davis and lived in Uxbridge and Whitinsville most of his life.  He was a graduate of Uxbridge High School, Class of 1978.  A longtime roofer, Tim was a member of the Local Roofer’s Union #33 in Boston until 2005.  He also worked for many area construction companies including Hammerhead Construction in Whitinsville. He enjoyed motorcross in his younger years and was a fan of the Boston Bruins.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tues. Sept. 11, 2012 at the VFW Post 1385 on Douglas St. in Uxbridge from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial calling hours at Tancrell Jackman Funeral Home, 35 Snowling Rd. Uxbridge will be Sat. Sept 15 from 9 to 11 a.m. followed by a Cremation burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
