Douglas- Norma F. (Blaikie) Bouffard, 78, of West St. passed away peacefully at home on Sun. May 21, 2023 after an illness. Her husband was by her side.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years David L. Bouffard; her sister Marilyn Bairley of CT; a niece and several nephews; friends; and her beloved dog Lexi. Born in Boston, MA on Dec. 9, 1944 she was the daughter of Norman and Florence (Kernan) Blaikie. She was raised in Needham and lived in Douglas 39 years. Previously she lived in Milford.
Mrs. Bouffard worked many years as an Administrative Assistant for the New England Power Co. in their Boston and Westborough offices. A graduate of Needham High School and Lasalle College, she was artful and loved crafts. Norma enjoyed attending craft shows with her sister.
Her Graveside Funeral Service will be held Thurs. May 25 at 1:15 pm in St. Denis Cemetery, 62 Manchaug St. Douglas. There are no calling hours.
