Murielle R. (Blais) Dubois

Uxbridge-Murielle R. (Blais) Dubois, 72, of Hazel St. died on Wed. Sept. 23 at her home surrounded by her loving husband of 54 years, Norman G. Dubois.  
     She is survived by a daughter Celeste R. Dubois of Oak Ridge, TN and a son Gregory A. (Kerry) Dubois, Sr. of Northbridge; 6 grandchildren; Samara McBride (Richard Osborne), Kathleen McBride, and Conor McBride (Annessa Duncan) of Oak Ridge, TN and Tessa Dubois, Ty Dubois, and Gregory Dubois, Jr. of Northbridge; 13 great grandchildren - Justin Osborne; Howard "Tre" Robertson III; Justin Sanders; Tony Sanders; Alyssa McBride; Skylar McBride; Sophie McBride; and Liam Osborne of Oak Ridge,TN and Jacoby Dubois, Ariana Dubois, Kiara Army, Loralye Dubois and Brody Dubois of Northbridge; a brother-in-law Maurice Primeau of Forestdale, RI; a sister-in-law Connie Blais of Woonsocket, RI as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by 3 sisters Pauline Primeau, Lorraine Lavimodiere, and Claire Kane; and 3 brothers Paul E. Blais, Henri Blais, and Kenny Blais.  Born in Woonsocket, RI on July 5, 1943 she was the daughter of Paul and Juliette (Mainville) Blais and was educated in the Woonsocket school system before getting married and moving to Uxbridge to raise her family.
     Murielle enjoyed spending time with her family and occasional trips to the area casinos.  Her and her husband enjoyed checking things off of her bucket list these last months.  She was a member of St. Mary’s Church.
