Mary Loretta Bradley, age 90, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026.
Born on April 14, 1936, in Waltham, Massachusetts, Mary was the beloved daughter of the late Earl V. Ward and Florence M. Collier. She lived a long and meaningful life rooted in hard work, family, and simple joys.
Mary was predeceased by her husband, Eugene F. “Geepo” Bradley, who passed away in 2013 in Port St. Lucie, Florida. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Paula J. Dwyer of Mashpee, Massachusetts, in 2023.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Lori A. Parsons of Port Orange, Florida; her granddaughter, Nicole Parsons of Port Orange, Florida; her granddaughter, Heather A. Bradley of Uxbridge, Massachusetts; and her two great-grandchildren, James B. Denham of Plainville, Massachusetts, and Ella M. Jewett of Uxbridge, Massachusetts. She is also survived by her sister, Margaret “Peggy” Romero.
Mary was predeceased by her siblings, Diane E. Ward of Framingham, Massachusetts; Earl V. Ward Jr. of Waltham, Massachusetts; and Michael R. Ward of Gloucester, Massachusetts.
Mary was a lifelong waitress and worked for many years in both restaurants and nursing homes. She was a longtime employee of Chateau De Ville in Framingham, Massachusetts, and The Leland Home, a nursing home in Waltham, Massachusetts. She took great pride in her work, finding joy in serving others and building lasting connections with residents, customers, and coworkers. After many dedicated years in service, she retired to Port St. Lucie, Florida.
In her free time, Mary was an avid knitter who found joy in creating with her hands. She loved walking along the beach, baking, and was especially known for her homemade sweets, which she lovingly shared with family and friends.
Mary will be remembered for her warmth, her strong work ethic, and the love she had for her family. She leaves behind many cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
