Margaret Laba Obituary
Northbridge- Margaret C. (Cichonski) Laba, 74, passed away on Wed. April 21, 2021. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 40 years, Richard Laba in 2012.
She is survived by several aunts, as well as many cousins and friends. Born on April 6, 1947 Margaret was the daughter of John and Helen (Rymeski) Cichonski and was a lifelong resident of Whitinsville. She had worked as a teacher at The Balmer School for 36 years before her retirement in 2005. Over the past few years, Margaret enjoyed the company of others and spending time at the Northbridge Senior Center. She also liked reading, knitting, gardening and taking trips with Foxy Travel. She had many cats over the years and loved them all as if they were her children.
Her graveside funeral service will be held on Sat. April 24th at 11am in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Providence Rd., Whitinsville. There are no calling hours.
