Whitinsville- Lorraine Lillian (Lavallee) Lemoine, 86, passed away peacefully on Tues., July 19, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her husband John E. Lemoine Jr. on Oct. 19, 2001.
She leaves 3 children John E. Lemoine III of Whitinsville with whom she lived, Michael E. Lemoine and his wife Sandra of Pomfret CT, and Denise A. Plante and her husband Eugene Jr. of Whitinsville; 5 grandchildren, Heather, Eugene III and his wife Alanna, Katie and her husband Stephen, Laura Beth and her husband Shawn, and Kimberly; 8 great-grandchildren John, Kayla, Rylee, Eugene IIII (Geno), Briella, Kaylee, Brayden and Brantley. She also leaves her beloved Sheltie dog, Heidi. Lorraine was born in Bellingham, MA on May 12,1936 and was the daughter of Wilfred and Leda (Chamberland) Lavallee.
She enjoyed spending nice summer days sitting on her front porch and in her yard, and watching movies with her son John. She was a big fan of The Golden Girls, Adam Sandler, Reba McEntire and country music. She also loved weekly dinner dates with her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She always looked forward to holidays, cookouts and other family get-togethers. Lorraine will be missed tremendously by all who loved her.
