Kathleen F. (Frey) Antonucci

Whitinsville- Kathleen F. “Katy” (Frey) Antonucci, 82, of Jon Circle passed away on Tues. June 7, 2022 at Advinia Healthcare in Northbridge after a long illness.

     She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years Anthony J. Antonucci; her two loving children Karen M. Alcorn of Hollis Center, ME and Michael A. Antonucci and his partner Laura Dusty of Sutton; two grandchildren and one on the way, Taylor Alcorn of Boston and Zachary Alcorn of Holis Center, ME; several nieces and nephews including Linda Busse of Coco, FL, Corey Christie in Venezuela, and Debbie McCue of Venus, FL; and several longtime friends. She was sister of the late Anne Christie, Mary Pelva, Theresa Snyder, and John Frey. Born in Yonkers, NY, on Sept. 14, 1939 she was the daughter of John and Margaret (Doyle) Frey, was raised in Yonkers and lived in Whitinsville since 1967.

     Primarily a homemaker, caring for, and raising her family, Kathleen worked as an operator services clerk for AT&T. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Class of 1958. In 1978 she was diagnosed with a rare illness that she dealt with with grace and dignity.  She battled hard against this disease and never gave in to it. Her life was her family, and she loved everyone. She will be remembered as a woman with a beautiful heart.

     Her funeral Mass will be held Mon. June 13, 2022 at 10 am in St. Peter’s Church, Church Ave Northbridge. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
