Uxbridge- Jacqueline E. “Jackie” (Isabelle) Blair, 90, passed away on Sunday March 24, 2024 at Countryside Health Care of Milford, after a period of declining health. Her husband of 43 years, Thomas W. Blair died July 11, 1995.
     She is survived by her son James T. Blair and his wife Luann of Northbridge; 2 grandchildren, Kristine Fox and her husband Matthew and Jason Blair and his wife Jamie; 3 great grandchildren,  Taylor,  T.J., and Shelby, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Richard Isabelle, Gerald Isabelle, and Lorraine LeBlanc. Born in the Linwood section of Uxbridge on April 2, 1933, she was the daughter of Willie J. and Edouilda C. (Dion) and grew up in Uxbridge. She lived most of her life in Linwood and Uxbridge and spent 20 years in Clearwater Florida. 

     Jackie was a graduate of Uxbridge High School and furthered her education at Worcester Girls Trade School where she studied Nursing. 

     A hard worker, Jacqueline worked many years for the Northbridge school system as a Special Education Teacher’s Aide until her retirement. It was a job she truly loved.  Previously she was employed at Water’s Corporation, and Fenwall Corporation. She was good hearted and helped everyone. She loved her family, holidays, reading, and travel. A woman of faith, Jackie was a longtime parishioner of the Good Shepherd Church where she made all her sacraments. 
     As to her wishes, services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
