Helen (Boratyn) DeLuca

Whitinsville - Helen (Boratyn) DeLuca, 93, passed away on October 24 with her loving family by her side. Helen was a graduate of Northbridge High School. She worked at the former Whitin Machine Works, Phalo Corp., General Electric, Timex, Kidde-Fenwal, Catholic Charities, and served as a matron for local police stations.
   She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas DeLuca and her daughter Cynthia Jennison. She is survived by 3daughters, Paula and her husband Robert Bilodeau of Uxbridge, Anne and her husband Kevin Malia of Whitinsville, Pamela and her husband Michael of Whitinsville; 2 sons, Joseph DeLuca and his wife Patricia of Council Bluffs, IA and Robert DeLuca of Whitinsville; a son-in-law Jonathan Jennison of Sutton; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
   Helen enjoyed traveling, quilting, the Red Sox and casinos but the love of her family is what she cherished the most. She will be greatly missed by her family.
   At her request, a private graveside service will be held at St. Patrick’s cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen’s memory to your favorite charity.
