Gloria J. (Majeau) Bolduc

Whitinsville- Gloria J. (Majeau) Bolduc, 88, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at UMass University Hospital after an accident. She was predeceased by her husband of 38 years, Marc N. Bolduc, in 1994.

       She is survived by 2 children, Steven M. Bolduc  and his wife Mary Frances of Chesnee, SC, and Christine G. Lamoureux and her husband Curt of Connelly Springs, NC; 2 grandchildren, Jennifer Jones and her husband Robert of Holland, and Dawn Lent of Franklin, NH; her adored great- grandchildren; 2 sisters Delma McQuade of Whitinsville, and Linda Murray and husband Gary of Sutton; 2 brothers, Donald “Kit” Majeau and wife Barbara of Whitinsville, and Raymond Majeau and wife Elaine of Douglas; as well as many nieces, nephews, and great friends. She was predeceased by her brothers Glenn, Joseph, Réal, and Roger Majeau, and a sister Marlene Brochu.`

       Born in Northbridge on October 21, 1937 she was the daughter of Alfred and Emelda (Tellier) Majeau and was raised in the Rockdale section of Northbridge. She was educated from the Northbridge public school system.

       Mainly a homemaker, Gloria enjoyed playing bingo, walking, and was a very crafty woman, making several hooked rugs for her home. Gloria was a kind woman who enjoyed helping others. A woman of great faith, she was a longtime member of  St. Peter’s Church. Gloria was a former resident of Uxbridge for many years and also lived 10 years in Quinnebaug, CT .

       As to her wishes, she will be cremated, and her burial will be held in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, at the convenience of her family.
