Douglas- David G. Poulin Jr., 46, of 26 North St., Hayward Landing passed away on Sat. Jan. 1, 2022 after a long illness.
He is survived by his mother Sandra (LaFlash) Surprenant and her partner Michael Radzik both of Brookfield; his father David G. Poulin Sr. and his partner Maggy both of Northbridge; his sister, which David always looked after, Sherrie Davis and her husband Sam of Pensacola, FL; his nieces and nephews, Dylan, Owen, Ashley and Amber: his longtime friend Stephen Voter with whom he lived; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Born in Worcester, MA on April 7, 1975 he was raised in Whitinsville and lived in Douglas 30 years.
A hard worker, David worked as a chef for Beaumont Nursing Home in Westborough for almost 20 years. Previously he cooked at Assumption College and St. Camillus Nursing Home. He had worked at the Northbridge Police Dept. a little while too. He was educated in the Northbridge School system and then graduated from Blackstone Valley Tech High School with a degree in Culinary Arts. He was a great son, brother, and friend who loved spending time with his family.
