David Poudrier Obituary

Uxbridge- David E. Poudrier, 56, currently of Charlton, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston after a courageous battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Christine T. (Dayhoff) Poudrier; 2 step sons, Brady Bykowski and Troy Bykowski both of Woonsocket, RI; his father, Edward A. and his wife Carol A. (Westbrook) Poudrier of Mulberry, FL; his brother, Steven A. and his wife Kimberly J. Poudrier of Northbridge; a step sister, Amy Moccia of Forest City, NC; a niece, Kayleigh J. Poudrier; 3 nephews, Nathan E. Poudrier, Benjamin Dayhoff, and Oliver Dayhoff, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many good friends.

Born in Milford on July 31, 1969, he was son of the late Jeannette L. (Dionne) Poudrier, and lived the past year in Charlton. Previously, he had lived on Boston St. in Uxbridge. He was raised in Uxbridge and was educated in the Uxbridge public school system.

Mr. Poudrier was employed as a Warehouse Coordinator at Owens and Minor Medical Supply Co., in Franklin since 1992. He was an old car and Harley Motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed taking long rides with Christine on his Sportster. A good mechanic, he loved tinkering with anything that had an engine. He loved the outdoors, freshwater fishing, and seasonal camping at Sutton Falls Campground.

Dave had a big heart, and would do anything for anyone. A very social man, his sense of humor was infectious, and he had a great memory for family, friends, and places. He was a big music fan, enjoying all types of genres, especially 70’s and 80’s. Above all, he was a family man, who deeply enjoyed spending time with those he loved.

As to his wishes, David will be cremated, and a Celebration of His Life will be held at the Progressive Club in Uxbridge on Sunday, January 11th from 1-3 PM.
