Christina Lozier Casey Obituary
Whitinsville- Christina A. Lozier (Casey), 86, passed away on Tues. Dec. 18, 2018 at St. Camillus Health Center after a period of declining health, surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by 5 children, Christina A. Valarose and her husband Clifton of Milford, PA, Karen A. Scott and her husband Brian of Whitinsville, Elizabeth A. Egan of Oakham, James F. Lozier and his wife Kelly of Whitinsville, Kimberly A. Geeza of Auburn; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer, Benjamin, Jake, Jordan, and Madison; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 7 siblings, Elizabeth, James, Catherine, Mary, Margaret, Francis, and Claire.
Born in Millville on March 8, 1932 she was the daughter of James F. and Christina (Rudnitzki) Casey and grew up in Blackstone. She was a graduate of Blackstone-Millville High School. Mrs. Casey worked as Secretary to the CEO at Providence Hospital until moving to Whitinsville where she began working as a secretary for the former Whitin Machine Works. Raising her 5 children was where she took the most pride, she was an excellent baker, and always made sure she had treats for her children when they arrived home from school. She also threw amazing family Christmas parties, and was always in the holiday spirit.
Her funeral services will be privately held at the convenience of her family.
