Uxbridge- Annette M. Boileau, 80, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Oak Knoll Healthcare Center in Framingham after a period of declining health.
She was born in Whitinsville, MA on May 17, 1944 with her twin sister Jeannette Boileau who passed away in 1965. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Grace (Martineau) Boileau. Annette was also predeceased by her brother Alfred Boileau and her in-laws Leo and Fran Lafreniere, Wilfred Lafreniere, and Theresa and Harvey Royer.
Annette is survived by her sister Lucille (Boileau) Lafreniere of Uxbridge; her sister-in-law Jeannette Pouliot of Whitinsville; nephews Andrew Lafreniere and his wife Lisa of Whitinsville, and Joel Lafreniere and his partner Alyson Tellier of Uxbridge; nieces Lisa DeVries and her husband Michael of Uxbridge, and Jennifer Fontaine of Northbridge; 5 great nieces Brielle Kennett and her spouse Taydon of Chepatchet, RI, Katherine Opatka and her spouse Trevor of Northbridge, Emily Lafreniere of Whitinsville, Violette and Arielle Fontaine of Northbridge; a great-grand niece Lorelei Kennett of Chepatchet, RI. She also leaves her caregiver of 8 years, Sherri Grazulis and family of Millbury, MA as well as many cousins and other nieces.
Annette enjoyed spending time with her family at birthdays and holidays. She loved giving hugs to everyone, playing puzzles and games, especially bingo, Rummy, and Go Fish. She previously attended the adult day program at St. Camillus, and was a longtime parishioner at the former Good Shepherd Church, where she attended Mass weekly. Annette will be deeply missed.
Her funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 11AM in St. Mary Parish, 77 Mendon St., Uxbridge. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be held prior to Mass from 9:30- 10:30 in Tancrell- Jackman Funeral, 35 Snowling Rd., Uxbridge.
