Andrew Raymond Guertin, 36, of Brighton, died suddenly after an accident on Sunday, September 25, 2022.
He is survived by his parents, Paul L. and Beth (Place) Guertin, and many caring aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Born in Boston on August 12, 1986, Andy grew up in Norfolk, MA and was a graduate of King Philip High School. He furthered his education graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston. He was well-read, well-spoken, and was a great writer. He could discuss a wide-range of topics: history, psychology, music, and politics. He used his skills by volunteering for political campaigns, knocking on doors and making phone calls, in support of his candidates.
Andy was happily employed walking dogs and providing other pet care. He loved his furry friends and they loved him, he said it was the best job ever. Andy loved ice hockey, standup comedy, and music, and was a talented guitarist.
Andy’s funeral service will be held in Tancrell-Jackman Funeral Home, 35 Snowling Rd, Uxbridge, MA. on Saturday, October 1st at 6 PM. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 4-6 PM.
