I had the unique honor of knowing and assisting Paul when he lived at Uxbridge House. Please accept my most sincere condolences and know that Paul was loved by so many people. He touched the lives and hearts of everyone who knew him. He will be sadly missed.

I have had the pleasure of working with Paul since the end of December. The alternatives family was very optimistic about him becoming more alert and having a better quality of life. The last time I saw him he was smiling and I was spending time holding his hand and talking to him at the group home. I am heartbroken this happened and if there is anything I can do to help let me know. Even though Paul was nonverbal during the short time I knew him, I knew he was caring, funny, and appreciative. I’m mourning his loss and I miss him dearly. Sadly I cannot attend the wake but I wish you all the best. Rest easy buddy.

Paul had a great life.  I met him about 23 years ago when I worked in Uxbridge.  I also met him again over the past year at the ALC.  Terrific guy. Quiet ways but he knew his own mind.
