Anthony F. “Tony” or “TK” F. Kavanaugh, III, 36, of West St., died suddenly Sat. April 3, 2021 in a tragic accident.
Tony leaves behind his loving girlfriend of 5 years, Fiona Russell of Uxbridge; his mother Donna L. (Nugent) Kavanaugh of Uxbridge; two sisters Danielle Pelletier of Shelburne and Crystal McCracken of Marlborough; a stepson Jeffrey Como III; paternal grandfather Anthony Kavanaugh Sr. of N. Grafton, 4 nephews and many good friends. Tony also held the role of uncle and Godfather to lifelong friends Mike and Jackie Johnson’s two children.
Born in Worcester, Ma on July 6th 1984, he was the son of Donna Kavanaugh and the late Anthony Kavanaugh Jr., and had lived in Uxbridge his entire life with summers in Charlton, Ma.
Tony adored being surrounded by friends and family. He would often be found at New England sporting events, music festivities, floating down rivers with friends, camping, and quality time with friends/family/ daycare children. Tony understood family always came first and friends were always referred to as branches of family. Tony cherished his family and was always everyone’s first call for assistance with any problem. He will always be remembered for his sincere smile, baby blue eyes, and his (child-like) kidish high-fives.
Tony was always one to stay busy, and held multiple positions over the years including the Salvage Center, Jeff’s Auto Garage in Uxbridge, and recently Costal International. Tony had a knack for auto/ truck mechanics and after graduating from Uxbridge High School in 2003 he graduated from New England Tractor Trailer School.
Calling hours at Tancrell Jackman Funeral Home, 35 Snowling Rd. Uxbridge are Thurs. April 8 from 5 to 8 pm. Memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452 .
