Uxbridge- Nancy R. (Nadeau) O’Hern, 81, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019 at the Lydia Taft House in Uxbridge after a period of declining health. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 34 years, Ronald N. O’Hern in 1991.
         Nancy is survived by her son Timothy O’Hern and his wife Debbie of Woodridge, IL, her daughter, Erin O’Hern of Worcester; 5 grandchildren, 1 great- grandchild; 2 brothers, Francis Nadeau and his wife Rita of Biddeford, ME, and Nel Nadeau and his wife Anne also of Biddeford, ME; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter Colleen “Kelly” Sizer, as well as 4 siblings, Blanche Bouchard, Edmond Nadeau, Florence Boisvert, and Noela Thibodeau.

         Born in Madawaska, ME on March 28, 1938, Nancy was the daughter of Joseph L. and Annie (Guerrette) Nadeau and was raised in Maine. She lived there many years until her move to Uxbridge in 1960. Primarily a homemaker, Nancy enjoyed taking care of her family, and much enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, fishing with them in her younger days. She loved going to Foxwoods, and also liked undertaking a challenging crossword, word search, or sudoku puzzle. She was also a devoted N.E. Patriots fan, and a lover of many different genres of music especially Elvis.
