Sutton- Shirley T. (Menard) Fallone, 82, previously of Machaug St., passed away on Wed. June 27, 2018 at Rose Monihan Hospice in Worcester after a period of declining health. She was predeceased by her first husband Henry L. Lefebvre in 1981, and her second husband, Lous J. Fallone in 1998.

         She is survived by 7 step-children: Barabara Willette of Zephyr Hills, FL., Gloria Gordon of Zephyr Hills, FL., Toni Jaques of Webster, Beverly Duclos of Sutton, Sheila Landry of Blackstone, Ty Fallone of Zephyr Hills, FL., and Nancy Bessette of Whitinsville. She also leaves a sister, Pamela Adams of Victorville, CA., many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 4 step-children, Cheryl O’Connell, Michael Lefebvre, Julia Young, and James Fallone; and 3 siblings, Florence Emond, Richard Novia, and Ralph Novia.

         Born in Worcester on December 8, 1935 she was the daughter of Edwin A. and Arlene (Wood) Menard and was raised in Worcester. She moved to Sutton in 1969 and has lived most of her life since. Mrs. Fallone worked as an assembler for Steel-Craft in Millbury, a medical supply Co., for 14 years until her retirement. A sticher by trade, Shirley enjoyed sewing, crocheting, doll making, and was also a very talented seamstress. She was a long-term member and former president of the Webster- Dudley American Legion Auxiliary Unit 184, as well as a member and past president of John Mateychuk Post 390 Auxilliary of Manchaug. Her family would like to extend a special thank you to Wilsie Pinchinat "her angel", for her wonderful care and support to Shirley.

    Her funeral will be held on Mon. July 2 at 11am. in St. Denis Church, 23 Manchaug St., Douglas. Burial will follow in St. Denis Cemetery. Calling hours at Jackman Funeral Home 7 Mechanic St., Douglas will be held prior to Mass from 9:30- 10:30am. Didn't spend a lot of time together throughout the years, but the last few months have been a great time of getting to know you Shirley. Your kindness was deeply felt and you will be missed. So happy that you are resting in the arms of the Lord in your new body, relieved of pain. Rest in are loved.
