Sorry for the loss of your mom

Bill, Betty, and family.
When we visited with you, Betty and Aunt Ida, we were amazed how alert and self sufficient your mom was at 96 years old. Little did we know that just a few months' later she would pass into eternity. She went peacefully, it appears, and without suffering for a long time - that is all one can ask for, I think. No matter at what age one of our parents departs, we are saddened and feel the sorrow and grief for ourselves because we will always remember and miss them, but we realize that each of us has an appointed time. May our Lord comfort you and give you peace. May all your memories of your mother be pleasant memories that bring a smile to your faces. I wish we could be there with you to lay her to rest, but it's not possible now. Our thoughts transcend the distance, though, and we will be with you in spirit and in prayer. God bless you.
