Uxbridge- Albert N. Chamberland Jr., 60, of N. Main St. died Sat. May 27, 2017 at Rose Monaghan Hospice after a courageous battle with cancer. His wife of 38 years Karen R. (Archambault) Chamberland was by his side. He also leaves 3 daughters Danielle M. Roberts and her husband Jason of Clinton, Candice L. Oligney and her husband Eric of Bonita Springs, FL, and Alison M. Flieck and her husband Brian of Thorndale, PA; his mother Mary (Hourihan) Chamberland in Florida; 2 brothers Kenneth Chamberland and wife Elizabeth and Carl Chamberland all of FL; a sister Tina Ames of NH; and many nephews and nieces. Al and his wife raised many foster children over the years including foster son Jayden. He was recently predeceaseed by his father Albert N. Chamberland Sr.
    Mr. Chamberland worked as a Maintenance Technician for Nouria Energy, providing service to Shell and Hess gas stations. Previously he worked for Edgecomb Steel in Slatersville, RI. He was a graduate of Nipmuc High School and was a member of the Mumford Council 365 Knights of Columbus. Always handy, he could fix anything and was always a hard worker. He loved his family and will be remembered as a kind and loving man. He was a member of Good Shepherd Church.
    His funeral will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from Tancrell Jackman Funeral Home, 35 Snowling Rd. Uxbridge with a Mass at 11 am in Good Shepherd Church, 121 Linwood St.Linwood. Burial will follow in St Marys Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home  are Tues May 30 from 5 to 8 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Dana Farber, Box 849168 Boston, Ma 02284-9168.
