Lindsey E. Polzin, 34, of Ocala FL previously of Uxbridge passed away on Sun. May 14, 2017 unexpectedly at her home. She is survived by 3 children; Matthew “Drew” Jennette of Uxbridge, Christopher “Jake” Jennette of Uxbridge, and Chase A. Latulipe of Ocala FL, her mother and step father; Karen and Corby Thomas of Uxbridge; her sister Anastasia C. Snook of Portland ME, her longtime companion; Robert Latulipe of Ocala FL, her step father; Matthew Studd of Woodbury TN, her maternal grandmother; Marie Bingham of Uxbridge, 2 half siblings; Delaney Snook and Mandi Winkler, 7 step-siblings; Shannon Bush, Sean Studd, Daniel Studd, Dawn Hart, Darrell Thomas, Carl Thomas, and Julian Thomas; many aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.

Born on Feb. 7, 1983 to Karen Thomas and Dean Snook, Lindsey was born in Murfreesboro TN and grew up in Woodbury TN before moving to Uxbridge in her teenage years. She has been residing in Ocala for the past several years. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend and will be sorely missed. She was a very caring, and giving person who greatly enjoyed helping people.

Lindsey’s funeral services will be privately held at the convenience of her family. To send flowers please have them delivered to the funeral home in Uxbridge: 35 Snowling Rd. on Friday May 26th by 4 pm. and to leave a condolence message for the family please visit:
