Douglas- Constance A. (Costantini) Predmore, 85, formerly of Kerney Rd. died Thurs. Feb. 22, 2018 at St. Camillus Health Center after an illness. 
     She is survived by 3 sons Richard E. Predmore Jr. of Douglas, Fr. John “Jack” Predmore S.J. of Boston, and David N. Predmore of Mission Viejo CA; 4 daughters Dara L. Predmore of Redondo Beach, CA, Diane L. Prindall of Biddeford, ME, Sharon L. Leitao of Douglas, and Erica S. Bell of Webster; 12 grandchildren Emily and Claire Predmore, Christopher, Michael and Justin Trudeau, Heloise, Desiree, and Johanna Leitao, Cali and Ashley Bloem, Brendan, and Brooke Bell; 4 great-grandchildren Layla LaVallee, Beth Laroche, Justin Trudeau Jr. and Jennifer Trudeau; a sister Nancy Deorsay of Cape Cod; her former husband Richard E. Predmore Sr. of Fulton, TX; several nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her daughter Dawn-Mari Predmore on Oct. 30, 1999 and was sister of the late Elizabeth “Betty” Kaczowka. Born in Uxbridge, MA on May 29, 1932 she was the daughter of Alfred and Maria (D’Angelo) Costantini and lived in Douglas since 1972.
     Mrs. Predmore  was an Administrative Assistant for the U.S. Pentagon during the Korean Conflict. She worked at many area companies including the Schuster Woolen Mill and Mr. Christmas both in Douglas.  She was a U.S. Air Force Veteran during the Korean Conflict, serving as a Staff Sergeant. A graduate of Uxbridge High School she enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, music, singing and dancing. She liked playing scrabble, watching movies, the Price is Right, and Wheel of Fortune. Family was most important to Constance however, caring for her family, especially her daughter Dawn-Mari.
     Her funeral will be held Mon. Feb. 26 from Jackman Funeral Home, 7 Mechanic St. with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Denis Church, 23 Manchaug St. Burial at the VA National Cemetery in Bourne will be at a later date. Calling hours at the funeral home in Douglas are Sun. Feb. 25 from 4 to 7 pm. Dear Predmore Family,
I offer my sympathy on the passing of your devoted mother. She faced great challenges with dignity and strength and humility. She is at rest now with her beloved Dawn- Mari and is at peace. May your mourning be lightened by the knowledge that a mother's love never ends.

Heidi and I are so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was such a nice woman and I always enjoyed saying hi to her in the Post Office. Our prayers go out to the whole family from ours.
