Dear Lucille, Johane, Richard,

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Andre.

I have many fond memories of him when I was young, and he made me laugh with the way he always joked around with us. What''''s most important is as I grew older, I saw how much he loved his family. That, to me, is truly a gift that you all will have in your hearts forever.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Draw on your strength and the strength of your family to help you get through your most difficult time.

With my deepest sympathy,

Carl Carpentier

Lou Ann and I have many fond memories of the Labor Day Family Reunions. Andre was an amazing man who knew so much about sugaring, winemaking, gardening. More importantly he loved sharing God's bounty with others. We are thankful that we were part of those happy occasions. May Andre rest in peace. Jean-Luc & Lou Ann
