Webster- Susan D. Studer, 64, of 17 Golden Heights died Thurs. Oct. 11 at home after an illness. She is survived by her family and friends at Golden Heights who will always keep her memory alive in their hearts. Born in Quincy on Feb. 23, 1948 Sue was the daughter of Samuel and Evelyn (Lewis) Studer and lived in Webster the past 16 years, previously living in Palmer.
Susan attended Southbridge Adult Day Health for many years. She was an active member of her community and volunteered at Dog Orphans in Douglas. Always outgoing and social, people and animals were naturally attracted to her. She loved attending dances, shopping and travel, especially to Cape Cod where she enjoyed the Irish Village. She also loved to draw and frequently visited the Worcester Art Museum. She will be deeply missed by those who knew her.
Her funeral service will be held Tues. Oct. 16 at 11 a.m. in Jackman Funeral Home, 7 Mechanic St. Douglas. Burial will follow in Blue Hill cemetery in Braintree. A calling hour will be held Tues.
